AllStar Martial Arts is a family-owned martial arts school located at 1166 West Chestnut St, Union, NJ 07083. Founded in 2011 by Coach Jamal Patterson, a 4th degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Renzo Gracie, coaching in Union since 2011.

## What We Offer

- **Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)** — Ages 16+. All levels welcome. Renzo Gracie lineage curriculum. Classes weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
- **Adult Muay Thai** — Ages 16+. Real striking, pad work, and conditioning. No prior experience needed.
- **Adult MMA** — Ages 16+. IFL and Bellator-coached. Complete fighting system combining grappling and striking.
- **Kickboxing** — Ages 16+. Real Muay Thai-based striking and conditioning, 600–1,000 calories per class. Beginners welcome.
- **Self-Defense** — Ages 16+. Practical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for real situations. Leverage over strength; works at any size or age.
- **BJJ for Women** — Women's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for fitness, self-defense, and confidence. All levels.
- **Lions Kids BJJ** — Ages 7–13. Real Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for children. Builds confidence, discipline, and bullyproofing.
- **Cubs Preschool Martial Arts** — Ages 4–6. Structure, listening, and movement. First martial arts experience.
