Got questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need BJJ or striking experience before starting MMA? +
No. Our MMA program is designed for people starting from zero. You'll build both your grappling and striking foundations simultaneously.
How is MMA different from taking separate BJJ and Muay Thai classes? +
MMA training integrates both β€” you learn how to transition between striking and grappling, close the distance, and fight on the ground. It's the complete system.
Is MMA training dangerous for beginners? +
No. We control intensity carefully for new students. Sparring is introduced gradually and only when you're ready. Safety is the top priority.
Do I need to buy gear for the trial? +
No. We provide everything you need during the free trial. Just wear athletic clothes and bring a water bottle.
Do I need to pay anything for the trial? +
No. Two full weeks free. No card on file, no contract, no pressure.
Is there parking? +
