AllStar Martial Arts, Union NJ
What is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and who is it for?
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling martial art with no striking. It uses leverage, body position and submissions, so technique matters more than strength. At AllStar Martial Arts in Union, NJ, adults 16 and up of every level can train, and beginners are welcome.
How BJJ works
You learn to control a partner on the ground, escape bad positions and finish with submissions. Tapping stops the action immediately, so training stays controlled.
